We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing food and beverage company in Indonesia, for the position of Senior Fullstack Odoo Developer.
As a Senior Fullstack Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions to support business operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, deliver effective solutions, and ensure smooth system performance.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Odoo development, full-stack programming, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo Development & Customization
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Perform Odoo backend and frontend development, including module creation and enhancement.
- Design and implement workflows, automation, reports, and system improvements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
- Conduct system testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
System Integration & Optimization
- Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and other business applications.
- Optimize system performance, database efficiency, and application scalability.
- Support Odoo upgrades, migrations, and deployment processes.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and data accuracy.
Collaboration & Technical Support
- Work closely with business users, project managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices related to Odoo implementation.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and system-related issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Strong experience with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience developing and customizing Odoo modules.
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with Odoo version implementation and migration is preferred.
- Familiarity with API integration and third-party system integration.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be based in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
