About the Role
At DATATEAM, we don’t just build features; we build solutions that handle the data chaos for our clients. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who balances technical mastery in Python and React with a strong Product Owner mindset. You won’t just be receiving Jira tickets—you will be the bridge between complex data backends and intuitive user experiences. We need someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind the code and ensures that every tool shipped is robust, user-centric, and production-ready.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications, internal tools, and data-driven platforms using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and React.
- Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for your features. You don’t just "ship and forget"—you test, iterate, and ensure the product solves the client’s problem before handover.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with our Data Engineers to build seamless interfaces for data warehouses, AI agents, and complex analytics pipelines.
- Autonomous Execution: Work in a high-trust, remote-first environment. You manage your own focus and deadlines, ensuring high-quality output without being micromanaged.

- The Stack: Proficient in Python for backend services and React for modern, responsive frontends.
- The Mindset: You are an engineer who thinks like a product person. You prioritize clean code, documentation, and user experience.
- The Experience: You have a track record of building and deploying production-grade applications. Experience with data-heavy apps or AI integrations is a major plus.
- The Communicator: You can explain technical trade-offs to stakeholders and collaborate effectively via Slack and async workflows.
