Job Overview
We're looking for a proactive, driven Full Stack Engineer who cares about doing things right. We’re not just hiring developers—we’re building a team of collaborators, problem-solvers, and bold thinkers.
This role comes with the opportunity to grow into a Tech Lead position. You’ll be trusted with ownership, the chance to lead initiatives, and the opportunity to shape both our technology and engineering culture from the ground up.
Tech Stack:
- Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript (Next.js, NestJS)
- Database: PostgreSQL, Prisma
- APIs: REST & GraphQL
- Other: AI integration (Chat/Message Interface), Docker (optional), Git, CI/CD pipelines
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable features from inception to production.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a small engineering team, drive architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Innovation: Integrate advanced AI/chatbot solutions to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development with proven end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Experience in designing scalable systems and implementing CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in additional tools: Vercel, Supabase, Botpress, Onesignal, Calendly integration, and WhatsApp integration.
- Familiarity with Cursor and/or Replit is a plus.
