Job description for Full Stack Developer at PT. RHP Cipta Digital

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Fresh Graduates welcome).
1-2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Proficiency in Content Management Systems such as Wordpress.
WordPress expertise, including theme customization, plugin development, and performance optimization.
Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Kadence is a plus.
Strong backend development skills in Node.js and PHP (Laravel).
Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of API development, including RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub/GitLab.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
Develop and manage WordPress websites, including theme customization and plugin integration.
Utilize Elementor, Divi, or Kadence to create visually appealing and functional web pages.
Design and implement responsive user interfaces (UI/UX) for seamless user experiences.
Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
Build and integrate APIs to facilitate smooth communication between frontend and backend.
Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
Perform testing and debugging, ensuring high-quality and reliable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and QA testers.
