We are looking for a skilled and versatile Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling our applications while managing our cloud and email delivery infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications from frontend to backend.
- Cloud Management: Architect, manage, and optimize infrastructure on AWS.
- Email Deliverability: Configure and maintain Amazon SES for high-volume email campaigns.
- Cold Email Strategy: Implement automated cold email workflows and ensure high deliverability and compliance.
- Server Maintenance: Manage server health, security, and performance tuning to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on backend services.
- AWS Expertise: Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, etc.).
- Email Infrastructure: Expertise in setting up and managing Amazon SES, including handling bounce/complaint rates and domain reputation management.
- Cold Email Automation: Experience with tools and protocols (SMTP, IMAP) and best practices for cold email outreach (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Server Management: Proficiency in Linux server administration and configuration.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize application performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Next.js).
- Experience with Node.js, Python, or Go for backend services.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

- Willingness to work on US time zone.
- Based in Malang, East Java is preferred.
- Willing to work from the office if possible.
