Job description for Full Stack Developer at HiFeed Climate Tech Ventures
As a Fullstack Developer at HiFeed, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our digital systems across internal operations, mobile applications, e-commerce, and corporate platforms. You will work closely with the product, operations, and business teams to develop reliable and scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.
- Develop features such as membership, loyalty programs, product catalogs, ordering, barcode scanning, GPS/maps, and push notifications.
- Build and maintain internal systems for inventory, supply chain, field operations, and CRM.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express/NestJS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Design and optimize databases.
- Implement authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Build modern web applications using React.js / Next.js.
- Integrate payment gateways, logistics services, CRM, WhatsApp/email notifications, and other third-party APIs.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces based on Figma designs.
- Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests.
- Manage CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting using tools such as Vercel, AWS, or VPS.
- Continuously improve application performance, API response times, and database queries.
Requirements
- 2ā4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong experience with React.js / Next.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with React Native or Flutter.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express/NestJS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and Prisma / TypeORM.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Familiar with Git/GitHub, Postman, Docker, and cloud deployment.
- Experience building and maintaining production applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.
