Job description for Full Stack Developer at PT. Meteor Inovasi Digital
We are looking for a skilled, adaptive Senior Fullstack Developer who leverages modern AI-driven development workflows (Cursor, Copilot, LLM tooling, etc.) to streamline software delivery while maintaining clean, secure, and scalable code. In this role, you will lead the architecture, engineering, and maintenance of high-performance web applications built on a modern TypeScript, Node.js, Bun, and React ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Architecture & Microservices: Design, develop, and maintain core application integrations, and architect scalable microservices solutions to support client platforms using Turborepo, Hono/Node.js/Bun, and React.
- Workflow Integration: Harness AI tools daily to accelerate code generation, debugging, refactoring, unit/E2E test creation, and technical documentation.
- Database Design & Optimization: Design, query, and optimize relational databases across both PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring system performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Code Quality, Automation & Mentorship: Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor Mid-level engineers.
- Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Identify and correct performance bottlenecks, fix complex bugs, and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to keep our systems current and robust.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and SDLC/Agile methodologies
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- ERP Experience: Proven track record of developing, customizing, or integrating with ERP systems
- Core Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React, Next.js / modern React ecosystem, Tailwind CSS.
- Backend: Node.js, Bun, and lightweight frameworks like Hono (or Express/Fastify).
- Monorepo Tools: Hands-on experience managing monorepo structures using Turborepo.
- Databases: Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and MSSQL (including ORMs/Query Builders like Prisma, Drizzle, or Knex).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud Provider: Strong knowledge and experience on AliCloud - AI Tools: Fine-level familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude/ChatGPT APIs) for maximum engineering velocity.
