What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications
- Develop backend services using Java and/or Golang
- Build Responsive frontend applications with JavaScript and modern frameworks
- Design and consume RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps Engineers
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Ensure Application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Understand the product flow and business processes being built, and take part in the product developement process
Requirements
Technical Skills
- 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong in Java, Golang, and JavaScript
- React, Vue.js, or Angular
- REST APIs and Microservices architecture
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
Software Quality
- Unit, Integration, and E2E testing
- Test automation experience
- JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium
- Test coverage and quality metrics
- Automated testing in CI/CD
AI-first engineering
- Comfortable in an AI-first enviroment
- AI Vibe Coding is mandatory
- Daily use of Claude Code (minimum)
- AI for dev, refactoring, debugging, docs, review, tests, analysis
- Validate and secure AI-generated code
- Strong prompting skills
