Job description for Full Stack Developer at PT Kenari Djaja Prima
About Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to develop, integrate, and maintain the company's internal web applications. You will work directly with the IT Manager and internal programming team to build reliable production applications, dashboards, workflows, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain internal web applications using Laravel, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Build REST APIs and integrations with ERP and other internal systems.
• Design database structures, role-based access, audit logs, queues, and scheduled jobs.
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, and application maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer within the IT team.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager and business users during requirement clarification and UAT.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Web Developer.
• Proficient in PHP/Laravel, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, PostgreSQL, REST API, and Git.
• Experience building or maintaining production web applications.
• Good understanding of database design, authentication, authorization, and secure coding.
• Basic experience with Linux deployment, queues, schedulers, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently under an accelerated project timeline.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing ERP, CRM, HRIS, dashboards, workflow, or other internal applications.
• Experience with API integration, ETL, or database synchronization.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, or AI APIs.
• Portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of production applications.
