Job Description:
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Ensuring data governance, security, and compliance.
- Cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
- Communicating findings to stakeholders through reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Developing and deploying machine learning models into production to address specific business problems.
- Monitoring and optimizing model performance over time to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and product units, to understand analytical needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in full stack data science or 1-3 years of experience in data science or data engineer.
- Strong understanding of Database Management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Expertise in programming language such as Python or R, including libraries like scikit-learn and pandas.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, or Fivetran.
- Proficiency in CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras.
- Strong analytical and visualization skills (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
- Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
