- Pria dan Wanita umur 18-30 Tahun
- Minimal pendidikan lulus DIII / sederajat semua jurusan
- Fresh graduated atau memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bagian fulfillment / pengadaan barang / operasional gudang
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik
- Mampu berkoordinasi dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi internal dengan baik kepada rekan dan tim
- Berkepribadian baik, jujur serta bertanggung jawab atas setiap pekerjaan
- Disiplin serta Rapi
- Diutamakan berdomisili di Jakarta Barat dan sekitarnya
Job Description :
- Melakukan pengawasan terkait deadline PO dari setiap produk yang dipesan oleh Pelanggan
- Memastikan proses QC dilakukan dengan standar dan prosedur yang sesuai dari setiap produk
- Memastikan proses packing hingga pengiriman sesuai dengan tanggal pengiriman yang sudah ditentukan
- Mengarahkan serta mengatur pekerjaan staff QC dan Packing secara rutin setiap hari
- Bertanggung jawab dan berkoordinasi dengan ARO terkait pengiriman produk
- Berkoordinasi dengan Kepala Produksi terkait pembagian tugas baik staff maupun freelance sesuai dengan beban kerja yang berjalan
- Membuat laporan secara berkala, baik mingguan maupun bulanan terkait proses QC dan pengiriman kepada SPV In House Operation.
