Job description for Fulfillment Lead at PT Media Periklanan Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment operations, including order processing, picking, packing, and distribution.
- Oversee daily packing and shipping operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the distribution of products and samples to affiliates, creators, and partners.
- Design, set up, and develop warehouse operations from the ground up.
- Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
- Manage inventory flow and ensure stock accuracy.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously improve fulfillment and warehouse efficiency.
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure daily targets and service levels are achieved.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where needed.
- Collaborate with other teams such as Purchasing, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or retail operations.
- Experience in building or scaling warehouse operations is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, inventory management, packing, and distribution processes.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs and operational workflows.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented — able to get involved directly and solve operational issues on the ground.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
- Willing to work full-time in South Jakarta.
