Job description for Frontliner at Nuanu Real Estate
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor incoming leads in Kommo CRM and respond within SLA (max 10 business minutes)
- Chase incomplete robot-form submissions (e.g. missing Brand Concept, Target Opening Date) until data is complete
- Answer follow-up questions outside the form via WA/DM — except pricing
- Cross-check submitted data (use type, area, technical specs) against available zoning/units and flag mismatches (e.g. power requirement exceeds unit capacity, grease trap needed but unsupported)
- Score each lead Hot / Warm / Cold based on data completeness, urgency (target opening date), and brand-concept fit
- Schedule site visits for qualified leads
- Compile a handoff summary combining robot data + qualitative notes
- Keep Cold/incomplete leads in a nurture follow-up cycle instead of dropping them
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Highly organized, persistent, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
