We’re Hiring: Frontliner Leader – Tuban, Badung (Bali)
We are currently looking for a Frontliner Leader to join our team in Tuban, Badung. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality skills and a proven track record in customer-facing positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent hospitality and create a welcoming experience for every customer
- Demonstrate strong customer awareness and sensitivity to customer needs
- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Proactively offer product testers and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure every customer leaves with a positive shopping experience, supported by customer reviews/feedback
- Contribute to achieving and increasing outlet sales performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (Frontliner/Leader level)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with customer-oriented approach
Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented
