Job Description:

Memberikan pelayanan yang optimal dengan mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan,

seperti:

Penerimaan pelanggan dengan ramah
Pemeriksaan pakaian/linen sesuai dengan standar 5asec
Pencatatan administrasi counter, memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan mengenai layanan/promosi yang sedang berlangsung
Pengambilan pakaian/linen pelanggan sesuai dengan billform yang ada untuk diserahkan kembali kepada pelanggan
Penerimaan pembayaran dan pembuatan laporan uang sales sehari-hari sesuai dengan shift kerja

Minimum Persyaratan:

Usia Mak 25 th
Tinggi min 165 cm (LK), 155 cm (PR)
Min. pend SMA atau sederajat
Berpenampilan rapi & bersih
Penuh percaya diri
Diutamakan yang senang bekerja di bidang pelayanan atau berinteraksi dengan banyak orang
