Requirements:

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Professional appearance and attitude.
4. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written).
8. Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus.

2. Provide information regarding the company's services.
3. Assist clients with document collection, verification, and administrative processes.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely updates to clients.
