Job Description
- Lead and oversee the frontend development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications.
- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture using Next.js (App Router) and global state management using Redux Toolkit (RTK) or RTK Query.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Design and implement responsive, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Optimize frontend application performance, including rendering optimization, Web Vitals, bundle size reduction, startup/load time, and caching.
- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs and implement client-side security best practices, including token management, OAuth, and secure storage.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code principles, linting, coding standards, and styling standards using Tailwind CSS.
- Develop and maintain reusable and scalable frontend components.
- Perform technical design and architecture for frontend solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Perform technical estimation and task breakdown for development team members.
- Conduct profiling, debugging, and performance optimization to identify and resolve frontend performance issues.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to frontend development team members.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a software development team.
- 5 years of experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Strong experience with Next.js (App Router) and scalable frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit (RTK) or RTK Query for global state management.
- Experience with React Native is a plus.
- Strong experience in frontend performance optimization, including rendering performance, Web Vitals, bundle size, startup/load time, and caching.
- Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Good understanding of client-side security, including token management, OAuth, and secure storage.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, linting, clean code practices, and reusable component development.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design principles, and software development best practices.
- Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining frontend code quality standards.
- Strong skills in profiling, debugging, and frontend performance optimization.
- Strong technical estimation and task breakdown skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
