As we continue to grow and enhance our guest experience, we are seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our front office.
The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out processes, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. This role also involves handling phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of guest stays. The receptionist will work closely with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met efficiently and professionally. We are looking for a female candidate who has completed SMA/SMK education and possesses between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in front office or receptionist roles.
