Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
Manage appointments, bookings, and guest inquiries.
Process payments and maintain daily transaction records.
Coordinate schedules with therapists to ensure smooth operations.
Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
Promote spa services and products to guests.
Job Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office or Receptionist.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
