Chesa Canggu is looking for an experienced Front Office staff to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Handle check-in, check-out, and daily front office operations
• Coordinate shift tasks and support fellow team members
• Resolve guest requests and complaints professionally
• Manage PMS and guest correspondence.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1.5-2 years of front office experience in a hotel or boutique property
• Familiar with PMS systems and Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and guest-focused
