Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails
- Manage front desk operations and daily administration
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations)
- Maintain customer and partner data
- Support scheduling, meetings, and basic reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office / Admin / Customer Service
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Well-groomed, friendly, and professional attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
