The Ning Resort Ubud, 5 star Modern Luxury Resorts located in the heart of Ubud. We are inviting high-spirit and self-motivated candidates to collaborate together as Front Office Supervisor.
Job Descriptions :
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in/check out, reservations and guest inquiries
- Train & support front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth guest experience
- Monitor front office performance & prepare occupancy report
Minimum Qualifications :
- Min 1 year experience in related field
- Strong leadership, communication & organisational skill
- Proficiency in property management system and front office software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's lisence (driver's ability is preferred)
