Job description for Front Office Supervisor at The Meno Beach House
URGENTLY NEEDED!
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily check-in, check-out, reservations and room availability.
- Be the main point of contact for guests and handle requests, complaints and special arrangements.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor room readiness and follow up on operational issues affecting guest experience.
- Handle guest payments, cashiering and petty cash.
- Prepare basic FO reports, occupancy updates and shift handovers.
- Coordinate operational purchases and suppliers when required.
- Maintain reception standards and ensure a professional guest experience.
- Work closely with and support the Villa Manager in daily operational matters and guest-related issues.
- Assist the Villa Manager with operational follow-ups and coordination across departments when required.
Requirements:
- Willing to relocate to Gili Meno
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations, preferably in a hotel, villa or resort.
- Good English communication skills.Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with guests.
- Familiar with hotel PMS, OTA and basic reservation systems.
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of daily FO operations.
- Hands-on, flexible and willing to support other hotel operations when required.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
