Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations and ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage court bookings, membership inquiries, payments, and guest handling
  • Lead, schedule, and monitor Front Office staff performance
  • Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Operations, and Coaching teams
  • Maintain cleanliness, service quality, and overall guest experience
  • Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
  • Support club events, tournaments, and community activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office, Operations, or Customer Service
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in sports, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking/POS systems is a plus
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
