Kualifikasi:

- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun

- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Perhotelan atau bidang terkait

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai FO Supervisor atau Front Office Staff senior

- Memahami operasional Front Office dan pelayanan tamu

- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan komunikasi yang baik

- Berpenampilan rapi, ramah, dan profesional

- Mampu mengoperasikan sistem hotel/front office system

- Dapat bekerja dalam sistem shift

- Mampu menangani complaint guest dengan baik

- Fasih berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah

- Penempatan di Bali
