Position: Front Office/Night Auditor
Location: Bali
Type: Full-time (Shift, including night shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing reservations and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Performing night audit duties, including daily closing, reporting, and basic accounting tasks (for Night Auditor).
- Ensuring accurate guest records and payment processing.
- Maintaining front desk operations and upholding service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Night Auditor is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Able to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Familiar with hotel systems (PMS) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
