FRONT OFFICE – JIMBARAN PILATES (BALI)
Jimbaran Pilates is looking for a friendly, communicative, energetic, and service-oriented individual who is passionate about Pilates, fitness, and wellness to join our team as a Front Office Staff.
Job Description
- Welcome and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist members with class bookings, rescheduling, and class information.
- Handle member communication through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other studio communication channels.
- Assist with member payments and administrative processes.
- Provide clear information regarding Jimbaran Pilates programs, classes, packages, and facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and comfort of the Front Office area.
- Coordinate with coaches and the operational team to ensure smooth daily studio operations.
- Follow up with prospective members and provide excellent customer service to every client.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Graduates in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related fields are preferred.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, disciplined, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Good administrative and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Interested in Pilates, fitness, wellness, and other sports-related activities.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Willing to work in shifts and follow the studio’s operational hours.
- Currently residing in Bali and willing to be placed in Jimbaran.
