## About Mission Flow Studio

Mission Flow Studio is a wellness and lifestyle destination located in the heart of Canggu, Bali. We offer yoga classes, wellness experiences, and a specialty coffee corner in a welcoming community environment.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive **Front Office** professional who enjoys interacting with people from around the world and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

## Job Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will:

* Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.

* Handle class bookings, check-ins, memberships, and payments.

* Provide excellent customer service both in person and through WhatsApp, email, and social media.

* Answer customer inquiries regarding classes, schedules, promotions, and studio facilities.

* Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

* Create simple presentations and reports using Microsoft Office and Canva.

* Coordinate with yoga teachers and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

* Support marketing and operational activities when needed.

## Qualifications

* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

* **Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.

* Able to create basic designs and promotional materials using **Canva**.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Friendly, well-groomed, positive, and customer-oriented.

* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

* **Previous experience working in a yoga studio, wellness center, gym, or hospitality industry in Bali is a strong advantage.**
