Requirements:
- Prior experience in front office, guest service, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic familiarity with front office systems, reservations, or guest service procedures is a plus
- Ability to assist with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a calm and helpful manner
- Strong attention to detail in handling guest information and documentation
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Willing to work on a daily/shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
