Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests with friendly and professional service.
- Manage check-in, check-out, class bookings, and membership inquiries.
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and update member records.
- Provide information about gym facilities, schedules, and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and lobby area.
- Coordinate with trainers and other departments for daily operations.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (gym/fitness preferred).
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer and POS skills.
- Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset.
