Job description for Front Office & Administration at Northplay Padel & Academy
What you'll be doing
- Providing a warm and welcoming reception for all guests, members and visitors to the Northplay Padel & Academy facilities
- Handling all front office administrative tasks, including booking management, invoicing, and general office support
- Coordinating with the operations and coaching teams to ensure the smooth running of daily activities and events
- Maintaining accurate records and data related to membership, court bookings, and customer inquiries
- Assisting with the planning and execution of special events and tournaments hosted at the facility
- Promoting Northplay Padel & Academy's services and facilities to prospective customers and members
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to any inquiries or concerns
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office, administrative or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality, sports or leisure industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office and booking/customer management systems
- A passion for the sport of padel and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of Northplay Padel & Academy
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
