Job description for Front Office Agent at LOYO & BONDAR
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing a hospitable welcome
2. Making the registration record in Property Management System according to reservation record and guest passport
3. Accept the walk-in guests in accordance with the current rates and property rules
4. Recording guest information
5. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
6. Assisting guests who request additional services
7. Process payments and maintain accurate records
8. Answer all client questions and incoming calls
9. Resolve guest complaints and issues on spot
10. Redirect guest requests /phone calls /messages to the appropriate department (majors to Guest Relations staff)
11. Processing customer payments and presenting them with the settlement upon check-out
12. Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
13. Maintain records and files
14. Keeping the front desk neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
15. Eliminate the possibility of property reputation detriment
