* Well-groomed and professional appearance
* Good communication skills
* Friendly, polite, and has a good attitude
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Computer and administrative skills
* Able to speak intermediate to professional English
* Willing to work in shifts (preferably willing to work night shifts)
* Previous experience in Front Office/Receptionist is required
* Able to handle guest check-in, check-out, and guest services properly
* Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
