Job description for Front End Developer (React JS/Next JS) at Lawencon International
Job Requirements:
- Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience as Front End Developer minimum 3 years
- Preferably experienced in the financial services industry
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
- Willing and able to attend onsite interviews
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Proficient in the latest ECMAScript (JavaScript), as well as HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of React and common tools used in the broader React ecosystem, such as Node.js and npm
- Ability to implement new features and manage code using React and other tools in the React ecosystem, such as Node.js and Yarn
- Familiar with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, TypeScript, version control software, and remote deployment tools
- Understanding of general programming paradigms and core React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle
- Experienced in responsive design and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications and user interfaces using React.js/Next.js
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
- Build responsive designs that work across multiple devices and platforms
- Ensure scalability and performance of web applications
- Test and debug web applications to maintain high-quality standards
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development
