Job Description:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle check-in & check-out processes and manage reservations (phone, email, online).
- Respond to guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
- Manage payment transactions and guest-related administration.
- Coordinate guest order bills with the kitchen team.
- Record daily sales and prepare cash reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School (or equivalent).
- Able to communicate in English is a must.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Familiarity with Larispos / Dealpos / Little Hotelier is a plus.
- Friendly, communicative, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Preferably domiciled in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara
