Front Office Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or a similar position in a hotel/villa.
Experience in a 3–5 star hotel or villa is preferred.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Able to handle guest requests, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
Experience with PMS / hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
Good knowledge of hotel operations and OTA platforms is an advantage.
