Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Receive, record, and distribute mail, packages, and documents both incoming and outgoing.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and updating internal contact lists.
- Provide general information about the company to visitors, clients, and callers.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and visitor data at all times.
- Report important incidents or issues occurring at the front desk to the immediate supervisor or management
- Recommend additional treatments, packages, memberships, or products based on guest needs.
- Inform guests about ongoing promotions and special offers.
- Encourage guests to upgrade services when appropriate
