Job description for Front Desk Receptionist at Ecentrix

Requirements

  • Female
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major

(preferably Communication, Administration, or Hospitality)

  • Attractive, neat, and professional appearance
  • Friendly, polite, communicative, honest, and professional attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
  • Familiar with telephone systems and computer operations
  • Able to work multitasking and under pressure
  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Creative, initiative, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Willing to work in shifts if required

Job Desk

  • Handle guests and visitors professionally at the front desk
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents
  • Provide clear and friendly communication (verbal & non-verbal)
  • Operate office equipment and telephone systems
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Assist in handling guest complaints or minor technical issues at the front desk area
  • Support daily administrative activities
