Front Desk Receptionist – Play Uluwatu

About Us
Play Uluwatu is a company engaged in padel sports court rentals, Food & Beverages, and lodging, located in Uluwatu, Bali. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and members, and to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, members, and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Manage court bookings and schedules using our booking app, and handle walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp reservation requests.
• Handle check-in and check-out for guests staying in our rooms.
• Answer phone calls and messages promptly, providing accurate information on services, pricing, and availability.
• Process payments for court rentals, F&B, and room bookings, and keep transaction records accurate.
• Coordinate with coaches, F&B, and housekeeping teams to ensure bookings, orders, and guest needs are handled smoothly.
• Manage day-to-day administration and documentation, including guest records and booking data.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and complaints, escalating issues where needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Support the scheduling of events, tournaments, and coaching sessions as needed.
Requirements :
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a related field (front desk, reception, hospitality, or customer service).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with guests face-to-face, by phone, and by WhatsApp.
• Strong administrative skills — organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is a plus.
Nice to have :
• Experience hosting guests in padel clubs, hotels, or restaurants.
• Familiarity with padel or court-booking apps (e.g. Playtomic or similar).
• Basic cash-handling / POS experience.
Minimum education: Diploma (D3). 1–3 years’ experience in a related field such as front desk, reception, hospitality, or customer service. Strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be flexible and proactive. Experience in padel, hotels, or restaurants, and the ability to operate a padel booking app would be an advantage.
