Join our growing team at NUDA Skin Lab! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk / Admin Reception to create an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage appointments and respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate daily records.
- Support administrative and operational activities.
- Assist with social media management, content creation, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor inventory and provide administrative support when needed.
- Support company events, promotions, workshops, and other business activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administration is preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willing to learn.
- Able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
