This role is essential in ensuring that every guest’s experience begins with a warm welcome and ends with a lasting impression of our exceptional service.
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for member, staff, and visitors, playing a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our gym facilities. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, handling reservations. The ideal candidate will also support the coordination of daily operations, manage reservations, and ensure that all front desk procedures are carried out efficiently and professionally. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
We are seeking candidates who have an Associate Degree and between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in member service, scheduling, and Microsoft Office is required. While we value experience, we also look for individuals who bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
