Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member at BB Padel Bali, located in Bali, Indonesia. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling court reservations, managing incoming calls, and assisting customers with inquiries. Additional responsibilities include providing information about services and events at BB Padel Bali, maintaining the reception area, and overseeing basic administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers
Basic Computer Literacy, including proficiency in using reservation and office management software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized work environment
Previous experience in a hospitality or recreational sports setting is a plus
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
Familiar with or willing to learn the Playtomic app
