Open Opportunities – Training/Magang Front Office

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy interacting with people? Join our Front Office Training Program and gain hands-on experience in delivering exceptional guest service while learning the daily operations of a professional hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Answer phone calls and manage reservations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to front office operations.

Qualifications

  • Vocational school, Diploma, or Bachelor's student/recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • Available to commit to the training period.
