Job description for Front Desk Receptionist at DIVINO GILI AIR
We're looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth stay from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
- Provide accurate information about the resort, rooms, and facilities
- Respond to and coordinate guest requests (concierge-type assistance)
- Maintain guest records and handle front desk administration
- Communicate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Background in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus
- Friendly, well-groomed, and guest-service oriented
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable working shifts and living/working on an island setting
