We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the front desk.
Job Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Manage appointments and support daily front desk operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications :
- Male or Female.
- Minimum 23 years old.
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front Desk role is an advantage.
- Reliable, responsible, and well-organized.
- Able to stay calm and perform well under pressure.
