The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, answering phone calls, handling guest inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or customer service role. Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and Chinese language is required, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
