Job description for Front Desk Receptionist at Primelux Padel Club
Primelux Padel Club, located in the vibrant area of Kuta Utara, Bali, is a growing international padel hub dedicated to delivering premium sports and lifestyle experiences. As our community continues to expand, we are looking for a friendly, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome with our signature hospitality experience. You will manage daily front desk operations, including court check-ins, booking coordination, and guest inquiries, while maintaining a high standard of service and presentation in the lobby area.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests with face towels and infused water, verifying bookings and assigning courts, handling walk-ins and reservations through Kimi Apps, and supporting upselling of memberships, coaching packages, and F&B offerings. You will also manage locker key distribution, coordinate valet handovers, handle basic cashiering and POS transactions, and assist with post-game guest engagement such as testimonials and reviews.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining lobby cleanliness and ambience, as well as recording and escalating any guest complaints or operational issues to the Operations Manager.
