Aura Aesthetic Clinic hiring for Receptionist
Requirements:
- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum high school diploma (Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, customer service, front office, or guest relations.
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic clinic treatments and nail salon services is required.
- Able to explain treatment menus, pricing, promotions, and aftercare with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
- Friendly, well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using booking systems, POS, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business.
- Able to manage appointments, payments, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and luxury hospitality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an aesthetic clinic, beauty clinic, spa, nail salon, or luxury hospitality
- Ability to upsell treatments and retail skincare products.
- Familiar with handling international clients and providing premium customer service.
- Basic understanding of treatments such as:
- Facial treatments
- Laser Hair Removal
- HIFU
- Skin Booster & PRP
- Botox & Fillers
- Microneedling
- Lash Lift & Brow Lamination
- Manicure, Russian Manicure, Gel Polish, BIAB, Gel Extension, and Nail Art
