Jungle Padel Sanur is looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our growing padel community. This role is the first point of contact for our members and guests, playing a key role in delivering excellent customer experience at the club.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival in a warm manner
- Manage and confirm court bookings through our booking system
- Provide clear information regarding court availability, pricing, programs, and events
- Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic email inquiries
- Coordinate guest flow and direct players to their assigned courts
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately, including system entries and cash handling
- Send reminders to clients regarding their booking schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and public spaces
- Assist in ensuring safety, security, and smooth daily operations at the club
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- 1–2 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles is an advantage
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and messaging platforms (WhatsApp)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
