Melayani tamu (check-in/check-out) dengan profesional serta memberikan informasi terkait hostel dan area sekitar.
Wajib mampu berkomunikasi aktif dalam Bahasa Inggris; kemampuan Bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur.
Menguasai Microsoft Word dan Excel untuk keperluan administrasi front desk.
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, ramah, mudah berbaur (able to mingle), dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan.
